These are very superficial injections (intra-dermal or intra-epidermal) of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, vitamins or various active ingredients. 

These injections can be performed, depending on the area, manually or mechanically (Microneedling by dermaroller or dermapen). 

Microneedling is used for its regenerative action on the skin and is complementary to mesotherapy. 

Microneedling consists of creating micro-perforations on the skin using a handpiece equipped with sterile micro-needles. With each pass, the mechanical action of the needles stimulates the epidermis and vascularization. The production of elastin and collagen is stimulated, which densifies the skin and improves its quality.

The action of microneedling also promotes cell renewal and better penetration of the skin care products. The micro-needles create micro-channels that facilitate the passage of active ingredients into the dermis.

Mesotherapy improves skin tone and hydration, and fades fine lines, wrinkles and dark circles, as well as cellulite and stretch marks.
